The lubricants Krytox™ LVP (low vapor pressure) and Krytox™ VPF (vacuum pump fluid), specially developed for vacuum technology, have excellent properties. They have a very low vapor pressure, work in an extremely wide temperature range and are resistant to aggressive chemicals.
When it comes to safety, disposal and maintenance, Krytox™ VPF oils have clear advantages over conventional vacuum pump oils. Krytox™ VPF oils are non-flammable, chemically inert and particularly safe to use with high oxygen concentrations.
